Seasons Retreat Center is located on the Fetzer Institute campus at 9292 West KL Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. The retreat’s Meeting House and guest rooms sit just a short footpath away from the Institute, so you’ll be intimately connected with our campus.
We are in Oshtemo Township on a quiet hillside about 20 minutes west of downtown Kalamazoo, off M-43. If arriving by car, ample Guest Parking is available on-site. You can also top off your charge at one of our EV charging stations in the parking lot.

Arriving by Air

If you are arriving by air, the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport (AZO) is approximately a 20-minute drive from Seasons. If you’re flying in as part of a Fetzer-hosted gathering, we will arrange transportation for you. Our shuttle driver will meet you at baggage claim (they’ll have your flight details and monitor any delays) and bring you straight to Seasons.

Check-In and Welcome

Upon arrival, please check in at the Fetzer Institute reception desk. Our staff will greet you warmly, provide your room key, and guide you to your accommodations.
Standard check-in time is between 2-4 p.m. For different timing needs, please notify us in advance and we will always do our best to accommodate!

Check-Out and Departure

To check out, simply leave your key at the reception desk. This is where you can also stow luggage while you wait for airport shuttles.
If departing by air, we’ll schedule a return shuttle about 90 minutes prior to your flight time. A staff member will be there to send you off with well-wishes and ensure you are on your way.
